This beautiful melody is a niggun that was a favorite of the Lubavitch Previous Rebbe, Yosef Yitchok Schneerson. It was composed by Reb Aharon Charitonov of Nikolayev. It is called “Der Beinoni”, as the Frediker Rebbe said that this niggun corresponded to the “Beinoni”. The Beinoni is a person that is in between a Tzaddik, a saint, and a Rasha, an evil person.
